I wanted to take a moment and thank you for the job done by Ted and Kelvin in painting the interior of our home. Not only is the craftsmanship flawless, I was truly amazed by the clean-up done each day. In the four days that I came home from work, the only signs that Ted and Kelvin had been working were the beautifully painted walls and the smell of fresh paint. There was no mess whatsoever. Our experience with this painting crew was a very positive one. I would not hesitate to have them work in our home again. Please feel free to use us as a reference for these gentlemen. It would be my pleasure to attest to their abilities.
Just a quick note to say what a nice job Tom and Kelvin did with the painting and power washing of our house. They were wonderful to work with and went beyond the "call of duty" by cleaning the gutter over the garage so I would not be tempted to climb the ladder and do it myself! We were having a party the night they finished and guests said they didn't want to come up the front steps because they were so clean and white - they didn't want to get them dirty!
A week ago your paint crew completed the job of painting most of the interior of our house. I should say "transforming" our house. We are still amazed with the end result of a fabulous job. Our home sparkles with bright walls and trim. In addition, we have to say that we are equally awed with those who worked so hard during the week here...We appreciate the professional and efficient manner in which they performed their tasks, working well together and being ever concerned with our needs and opinions. I still cannot believe that there was such care taken to protect our funriture and carpet, and to clean up our living space every day. And to complete the job, everything was right back where it should be. Thanks also for the little extra attentions that were given with a smile to make the job A-1 perfect. I want to extend my special thank you to all who pitched in to help me through a real emergency. Our beach house, which you did such a beautiful job of adding onto and remodeling was struck by lightning Aug 6th. My wife and I were at our home in Tennessee and only learned of the problem through caring neighbors on Sunday the 8th. I called DuMont immediately and was assured that they would give it their full attention. Circumstances here in Tennessee made it nearly impossible for us to come to SC. Greg got involved and Mike went to the house and began to analyze the problems facing them. He took charge of the project and his frequent caring and professional calls were most reassuring. He knew the house well from having been a part of our work done in the addition and remodeling 10 years ago. We have also used DuMont for our maintenance ever since. There was a hole in the roof, outside light fixtures knocked off, air conditioning damaged, TV Cable service disrupted, smoke alarms going off, questions with the burglar alarm. Myarid things to check and repair. Mike dealt with all of them, calling on others to deal with issues outside DuMont's scope of things and supervising their work. The call from Mike on the evening of the 9th to say all had been completed was simply more than I could have ever expected. He even met with my insurance adjuster and went over the scope of the damages with him. I have enjoyed dealing with the folks at DuMont's and have recommended them to many of my friends at the beach. It is comforting to have a capable and professional team of people that I can call on and know they will do their best to solve my problems. In the past we have had them help us with so many things that are a part of life in the harsh beach environment. Living part of the time in TN and part in SC it is good to have you as my quality craftsmen and friends. Thanks again for the special caring that is so prevelant at DuMont, with all the people I deal with there.

I am extremely happy with the table-height bench we had you add to our kitchen. It has been a real pleasure to have a work station that is accessible from a wheelchair and to get back to my hobby of baking bread. But the real thrill is the roll-in shower. Words can't adequately tell you how happy I am with that-to be able to shower and to look at something which is absolutely beautiful. I am amazed every time I look at the tile work. Except for the grab bars, this looks like a high-end shower that would be found in an expensive spa. We are grateful that you were able to "save" the existing floor and wall paper. When we show it to friends, they think we've re-done the whole room. Beyond the physical results, DuMont Brothers was easy to work with from start to finish. Their crews were timely, thorough, cordial and respectful. They went above and beyond in attention to detail; even protecting the floors they walked on and cleaning up every night so that we could use the rooms that were under construction. I enthusiastically recommend DuMont Brothers to everyone who has a need for any home inprovement project.
We are very pleased with final result which again reflects on the talents and work habits of the contractors employed by you as well as the Dumont employees who worked on this job.
